Currency and International Payments

Casanuva does not control, collect, or deduct any bank fees, exchange rate adjustments, or currency conversion charges applied by third parties.

Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Once a refund is approved, the refunded amount will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout within five business days.

Casanuva does not deduct processing fees, handling charges, or administrative costs from approved refunds. The full approved refund amount is issued by us.

Please note that while we process refunds within five business days, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside our control.

Failed Payments and Incorrect Charges

If a payment fails during checkout, no completed charge will be processed by us. Any temporary authorization hold placed by your bank or payment provider is typically released automatically within a few business days, depending on their procedures.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or notice what appears to be a duplicate transaction, please contact us at info@casanuva.com. We will review the matter and work to resolve it as quickly as reasonably possible.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you experience a payment-related issue, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback so that we have an opportunity to assist you directly.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, we may provide the relevant payment provider or financial institution with transaction details, order records, delivery confirmation, and prior communication where reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute.

Repeated chargeback activity that appears abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with legitimate customer protection rights may result in account restrictions, order cancellation, or refusal of future orders, where permitted by applicable law.


Payment Data Security

All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections using PCI DSS-compliant systems and trusted payment infrastructure.

Casanuva does not store, process, or have direct access to full payment card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive authentication data.

Payment information is handled exclusively by authorized payment service providers in accordance with recognized industry security standards and applicable data protection laws.
