How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. The estimated transit time is 5–14 business days, resulting in an overall estimated delivery time of 6–17 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs, and seasonal demand.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We currently offer free standard shipping worldwide. No separate shipping, handling, or packaging fees are added at checkout unless stated otherwise.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking is provided when supported by the carrier. Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow around 24–48 hours for tracking to become active.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order. Once processing has started, changes or cancellations can no longer be guaranteed. After shipment, an order cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with the original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories included.
Who pays for return shipping?
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, Casanuva will cover the applicable return shipping cost or arrange a replacement where appropriate.
What if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. After reviewing your claim, we may offer a full refund or a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.
